Dear leaders and members of XOOPS France!!!
I am watching this recent debate here with disappointment!
Why can't we just work together for a better XOOPS?
We don't want anybody to leave!!! We want everybody to contribute in a positive manner to success of XOOPS!!!
I very much appreciate the comments from Ghia here. We need to return to mutual respect and courtesy!!!
We need to remember that it is NOT about the individuals, but about XOOPS! If one person fights against another, the loser is only XOOPS and the XOOPS Community! And we cannot afford it!
As they say "United we stand, divided we fall". And the same is about XOOPS. When egos get in the way, somebody will leave, somebody will stay, but in the end, XOOPS will be the users.
I would hope that we'll look at history of XOOPS to see what I mean. We had a group that couldn't get along, and left and created XOOPS Cube. Who was the loser in the end? XOOPS! Because some of the people who fought the battle are not even anymore with XOOPS, and the only legacy they left is "burned earth and ashes" and divided community!
And recently was another split which hurt again XOOPS!
We will not always get along with each other, but we need to ask ourselves a question: "Is it helping XOOPS?"
If the answer is "No", then please walk away from the argument, and find something positive that you CAN contribute to XOOPS.

At XOOPS International we are proud that we didn't have any major fight in the recent couple of years, and the XOOPS team is getting better and better, where we work better together and support each other. But most importantly, we contribute to XOOPS in a positive manner!!!
We also need to ask ourselves a question: "What kind of legacy do I want to leave behind me? Do I want to be known as the one who split XOOPS, or the one who brought XOOPS together?"
Our list of "XOOPS Innovators" and "XOOPSer of the Month" is getting larger every month, and these are the opportunities to shine and help XOOPS!!!
I truly hope that all parties involved will find a way to coexist peacefully for the better good of XOOPS, and nobody will leave XOOPS and XOOPS France anymore.
Kraven30, your resignation is NOT accepted!!! We need you to stay here! The same for Nicolas and Burning!!! And anybody else who is thinking about leaving!!!
XOOPS France has been always such a positive contributor to XOOPS, and I truly hope that it will continue this way!!!
Could somebody translate this into French? It is too important to me to trust Google on that
