salut,
un truc à tenter : (j'avais eu un cas similaire)
Il faut aller copier le code du system_notification_select.html du template par défaut sur celui du template custom. Et çà marche ! Les checkbox (et les notifications) sont bien enregistrées.
idem pour system_notification_list.html
