je connais pas tinymce4 etc...
et j'ai pas regarder le code...
j'ai juste regarder ton lien.
Alors comme dit par Alain au desus, il y a tout une palanquée de <br> qui se sont mis devant ton tableau, c'est pourquoi ton tableau est en bas de la page.

On voit ces br en utilisant soit F12 sur IE ou Edge soit Firebug sur FF.
Par contre c'est rigolo, car si on demande a afficher la source de la page, on n'a pas la même chose...

On a des br oui... mais pas placés aux mêmes endroit.
En fait les browser ont tendance à corriger les erreurs basiques de html. On voit dans le 2eme bout de code qu'il y a des br entre les balises td et tr. Ce qui ne sert a rien. A priori je dirai que le browser a corrige et remonter les br inutilies au dessus du tableau. Je n'ai pas vérifié mais je suis quasi sur que si on prend que les br foutu entre les balises td tr th etc... (et pas celles dans l'interieure d'une cellule) on va trouver le mm nombre de br que les br que l'on voit avec firebug avant l'affichage du tableau.
Donc voilà, on sait d'ou viennent les br... maintenant.

Sans y toucher ca devrait dejà etre pas mal.
Alors oui c moche...mais en regardant de pres, ton outil a generer un br a chaque fois que tu avais passe une ligne sous l'editeur. Donc il y a une erreur dans l outil que tu utilises, soit au moment de la svg en base (voir s'il colle des br en base) soit au moment du renderer pour affichage. Il doit merder et changer des sauts de lignes CR ou CR LF en tag br.
