No clue, why you are having problems. You can do some checks to detect possible problems, but this means additional work for you - sorry!
Download the latest version of phpthumb HERE and extract the zip-file.
Copy the folder demo to yourserver / modules / inbetween / editor / plugins / imanager / scripts / phpThumb /
Type in the following URL into your browser:
http://www.yourdomain.com/modules/inb ... o/phpThumb.demo.check.php
This script will detect your settings and possible problems. Note the problems and remove the folder demo afterwards and report the problems here.
