Les fichiers de langue sont là pour la décoration tant que tu n'as pas installé l'outil approprié, c'est dire - pour faire simple - le module xLanguage.

> je te conseille d'utiliser la version qui se trouve dans le référentiel de xoops.org (il me semble sauf erreur qu'il y a dedans le plugin additionnel de Dugris qui te permet de traduire une page sans être systématiquement redirigé en page d'accueil)

> pour l'installation du module, tu as 1 modification (Hack) à faire dans le core de Xoops, fichier include/common.php, vers la ligne 151 (Xoops 2.4.4), ajouter :
include_once XOOPS_ROOT_PATH. '/modules/xlanguage/api.php';
// #################### Include site-wide lang file ##################
if ( !@include_once XOOPS_ROOT_PATH . "/language/" . $xoopsConfig['language'] . "/global.php" ) {
   include_once XOOPS_ROOT_PATH . "/language/english/global.php";
 }


> pour la mise en route des petits drapeaux, voici le code que j'utilise sur mon site :
