voila j ai vu qu'il y avait deja un sujet avec le meme probleme qui est resolu mais je n ai pas trouvé ma soulution dedans donc si vous pouvez m'aider svp

yonnel69 avait le même problème que toi. Je te conseille de faire une installation avec un serveur Wamp.

Problème résolu également avec Easyphp v12.1 qui permet de changer la version PHP 5.4.6 (par défaut) par la 5.3.2 (après téléchargement et addition à Easyphp on peut permuter d'une version à l'autre. L'opération a duré 2 minutes). Moins long que d'installer Wamp certainement.
Xoops 2.5.5 préfère le PHP 5.3.2 je confirme.

et je valide, xoops 2.5.5 est précédent n'est absolument pas compatible avec PHP 5.4 et +, il faut utiliser la version 2.5.6 de Xoops (a l'heure actuelle en version beta) pour fonctionner avec PHP 5.4 et +
